Learning to follow Jesus is a life-long journey of joy and surprise as well as struggle and questions. So we offer fellowship, education, and service opportunities for people at any stage of life. In addition to the regular small group opportunities below, we offer pre-marital, marital, and 'couples check-up' counseling, if you would like to strengthen your relationships. We also have lots of leadership roles that can be fulfilled by different gifts, whether musical or administrative or creative.
Friday Evening Bible Study, 7:00 p.m.
Every Friday evening, people meet at 5850 N Elston to share what's going on in our spiritual lives, connect to the Bible, and laugh and eat with one another. Past focuses include Bible books like Ruth and Romans, life experiences like Loss and Caregiving, and spiritual practices like Prayer. All are welcome, and no prior knowledge or experience are necessary. Our next study will begin July 17th, and will focus on Growing & Raising - we will have aparents group and kids group discussing the challenges of being and raising tweens and teenagers. You can join the Bible study online from your own home by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, if you are unable to make it in person.
